What you'll do
Prospect and close operators onto a paid, granted Autonomy Permit.
Keep accounts active — your residual pays as long as they do.
Feed the Verified Directory with credible, high-score operators.
How pay works — Commission-only · no base · no cap
• Activation bonus: based on experience — agreed individually with each rep when you sign on.
• Monthly residual: 10% of each account's recurring revenue (base + coverage add-ons) every month it stays active.
• Coverage upsell accelerator: +15% one-time of the monthly add-on when you move an account to Enhanced or Premium.
• Loyalty accelerator: residual rises to 12% after 10 active accounts, 15% after 25.
A Critical + Premium account bills $5,899/mo → ~$590/mo residual ≈ $7,000/yr in residuals from a single account, on top of your experience-based activation bonus.
