On-demand industrial trades.
Vetted, compliant, deployable.
A coordination surface that connects general contractors and facility owners with local W-2 trades — electricians, plumbers, HVAC, controls technicians — and runs the entire lifecycle under audited authority: vetting, deployment, geo-fenced timekeeping, EOR payroll, and ACH settlement.
Mission-critical sites need trades on hours' notice — not weeks'.
The mismatch between physical operations and consumer-grade staffing platforms is now a margin-of-error problem. We are building the coordination layer that closes it.
- 01
Data centres go down when an electrician is two days away.
High-voltage trades, controls technicians, and facility engineers need to land on-site within hours when a critical asset is at risk. Generalist gig platforms are not built for that latency, that compliance posture, or that contract scale.
- 02
Compliance theatre is liability with extra steps.
Background checks, OSHA cards, state trade licences, drug screens — corporate procurement requires evidence, not assertion. We treat every worker record as auditable from the day it enters the platform.
- 03
W-2 is the only honest answer for critical infrastructure work.
Contractor-classification gymnastics on physical-site staffing have already cost the industry several settled lawsuits. We default to W-2 via EOR for every active deployment.

High-dollar contracts deserve enterprise rails.
Corporate ACH, milestone escrow, audit-grade settlement, multi-state tax — built into the payment surface from day one, not bolted on after the first six-figure invoice.
One coordination surface. Three operator-facing dashboards.
Each portal is scoped, audited, and isolated. Cross-tenant data does not leak. Cross-portal authority does not leak.
For General Contractors and Facility Owners.
A secure document vault for blueprints, drawings, and SOWs (AES-256 at rest in object storage). A live labor matrix showing W-2 technicians on-site, clocked-in counts, and project hours. Invoice and budget controls with weekly billing data, timesheet approval, and corporate ACH settlement.
For local electricians, plumbers, and trades.
A compliance upload engine for state trade licences, OSHA cards, and identity documents — routed to background-check partners. Geo-fenced clock-in / clock-out anchored to the job-site GPS perimeter. A shift and long-term maintenance rotation scheduler.
For Centertron operations and EOR partners.
A matching matrix that filters workers by trade, certifications, radius, and active credentials in milliseconds. An EOR integration pipeline that packages approved weekly hours and pushes them to the payroll partner for compliant multi-state payroll.
From brief to ACH — under one ledger.
Intake
GC submits a Scope of Work. Centertron operator confirms scope, compliance, and geography within one business day.
Matching
Matching matrix filters local W-2 trades by certification, radius, and availability. Operator approves the bench.
Deployment
Workers receive shift assignment, geo-fenced site perimeter, and compliance upload tasks on the mobile portal.
Operation
Geo-fenced clock-in. Live timesheet stream into the client dashboard. Document vault stays open for blueprint updates.
Settlement
Approved hours → EOR payroll API → multi-state W-2 payroll. GC receives ACH invoice with platform fee routing.
Plug established compliance engines. Do not rebuild them.
We integrate. We do not reinvent. Each partner below is the canonical surface for that function.
The non-negotiables.
A platform that touches data-centre blueprints does not get to choose its security baseline. These controls are present at day one of deployment, not added after the first audit.
Multi-factor authentication, mandatory.
All GCs, facility managers, workers, and administrators authenticate with phone or app-based MFA. No exceptions for privileged roles.
AES-256 at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit.
Every document, identity record, certificate scan, and SOW is encrypted at rest. Every byte across the network is encrypted in transit. Keys are KMS-managed and rotated on schedule.
Tenant data is never co-mingled.
GC, worker, and admin data are partitioned per organisation. No cross-tenant queries. All access is RBAC-gated and audit-logged.
Every action is logged. Every action is reversible.
Document uploads, timesheet approvals, payroll dispatches, and access events are written to an append-only audit ledger. Operators can replay any state at any prior timestamp.
